How I Work
Communication & Access
Email and WhatsApp are the primary channels for communication. (Turnaround time for responses is typically 2–6 hours during business hours.)
Phone calls are not taken unless scheduled in advance.
In-Person Meetings
A once-off, introductory in-person meeting may be offered if requested.
Ongoing in-person meetings are not part of standard service delivery.
In-person meetings incur a R850 fee.
I do not travel more than 15km from my office unless the purpose is for an audit or formal review.
